Obnoxious moviegoer shoves other customers in line, guy gets even by spoiling the ending: 'Trip my girlfriend at the movie theater? OK, enjoy the twist ending I'm about to spoil for you'

The lack of proper movie theater etiquette these days is a big reason why going to the cinema feels like a risk. Sure, you might have a perfectly acceptable experience in an ideal scenario, but you also might be seated behind someone who refuses to turn off their phone or who takes off their shoes and puts their smelly feet up on the dirty seats. 

Janelle James once quipped in her standup that we now have "bus people" on planes. Well, it seems that these days, we also have living room folks at the movies. Call me old-fashioned, but I'd like for my fellow moviegoers to keep their shoes on if possible.

  • Here, we have an obnoxious dude who didn't want to wait in line at the movie theater to get his ticket because his movie was starting imminently. Obviously, this was his own fault. If he wanted to get their on time, he could have… I don't know… gotten there on time. Instead, he pushed past everybody, including knocking the author's girlfriend to the floor. After checking to see that his girlfriend was ok, the author went right up to the obnoxious moviegoer and spoiled the ending to the M. Night Shyamalan film he was about to see. That's what you get, sir!
